I give Direct TV credit for offering Genre Packages. I wonder if Youtube TV and Hulu Live TV will go that direction soon with prices still going up on live tv services 📺. Plus Direct Tv has free ad-supported channels that can be recorded if you pay for the monthly plans
Thanks for showing what Directv streaming service looks like. To me the visual look of the Hm page interface of whatever streaming service I pay for is important. Free SS I find have better interface home page than most paid ones. I do not like clutter I don't like them trying to sell me stuff. Directv skinny Genres packages are a good start for Live Tv SS. The cost is not to bad, but as we have seen with Youtube TV the price has skyrocketed. I am so glad I didn't go cable lite, just cut the cord & went to Streaming.
Love the rich guide! Frankly I don’t understand why YouTube tv is stuck with a guide that looks like it was programmed buy first year programming student.

DIRECTV service offers unlimited simultaneous streams while connected to your home network. However, in practice, maintaining this setup can be difficult. The service permits up to four changes to your designated home network location per year, which might seem sufficient for most users who rarely change their home setup.
The issue arises with internet service providers (ISPs) that assign dynamic IP addresses. When your IP address changes—which can happen frequently with dynamic IPs—DIRECTV may no longer recognize your connection as part of your home network. As a result, you are required to use one of your four annual home network resets.
In my experience, these resets can be exhausted within just a few months. Once you've reached the limit, and if DIRECTV’s customer support is unwilling or unable to assist, you're restricted to only two simultaneous streams in your household—regardless of your actual home setup.
There are ways around this outside of the DIRECTV service, but I’ve never experienced this issue with YouTube TV.
I signed up for DIRECTV a couple of months ago, the Spanish package, because my wife loved the Show Enamorándonos de Unimas, which by the way had been discontinued. The problem: DIRECTV was showing the series at 11 pm when the regular schedule was at 8 pm. I cancel it right there, when they couldn’t solve the problem!

Hey Micheal I just want to ask as I’m getting ready to resubscribe to a live tv service since NFL is about to start would you recommend Directv or YouTube TV?
Did anyone else notice the propaganda news channels were before the others 😅
