  1. For one thing they will have to change their names. The "P" at least would need to be removed from both PBS (Public Broadcasting network) & NPR (National Public Radio). They could change them to LBS (Liberal Broadcasting network) & NLR ( National Liberal Radio).

  2. Then it will no longer be “P BS”. They already have product placements between shows. It should be privatized and given back their original name and content: the National Educational Television Network, NET. There are even some videos about this on YouTube. Children’s programming like The Electric Company and The Friendly Giant.

  3. The Verizon and Frontier story caught me off guard. When I first moved to Florida, my landline was Verizon. Later we had Verizon Fios TV and internet. Then Verizon sold everything except wireless to Frontier. Frontier went bankrupt and emerged with only internet and phone in my area. Phone was expensive, so I switched to Magic Jack. Either way I had to go VOIP, as no one was maintaining the old copper lines. Frontier internet is good. Fast synchronous speeds at reasonable cost. Now you tell me Verizon is buying back what they sold? I bet Frontier is on the verge of bankruptcy again. BTW: When I first moved to Florida, Verizon was called GTE, prior to it's merger with Bell Atlantic. Now if Verizon and AT&T merge, we'll be back to the Bell System, minus Bell Laboratories et al.🤣🤣🤣

  4. If congress (the senate) votes on board members and the president appoints them then they are executive branch employees and can definitely be fired. If executive branch employees cannot be fired by the HEAD of the executive branch then you effectively have unaccountable branches of the government. It has already felt that way for decades but that would essentially END the US Constitution.

  5. The Roku Live TV Guide has become completely Shitified! When I purchased the TV I proposed a sticky Favorites Option. Never happened. Now with their algorithm generated recommendations I now have 5 button presses just to get to my favorite antenna TV channels. OK Roku how about a Antenna Only App? With Sticky Favorites!
