I liked my rechargable remote the unit came with, but the volume control button got screwy and I don't want to have to deal with that. The new one is fine but those two AAA batteries run out fast.

Big problem: NO EARPHONE JACK! So, to listen to my shows or movies when others are sleeping, I’m forced to use the ROKU app on my iPhone. What a headache.
The old controller broke and this is the only one available in my small town.
We just got one a few days ago. It's great!

I bought the pro as a replacement for my Roku tv, works great except the volume button takes a long press and a wave around to work. Going to try it on Roku ultra streaming box to see if it works better, that box came with the remote that charges.
