Now if only they had content worth watching 🙂 Season 1 & 2 of for all mankind was ok, but I couldn’t even get through episode one of the third season it was just so boring!
My kids play games on apple TV all the time – don't sleep on those games, there's some great ones – if they can get a few AAA it'll be awesome – the fact you can pair a playstation or xbox controller was a "game changer" (pun intended). now if they could just support 2 controllers at the same time …
I’ve always been a playstation guy, but started to get disallusioned with it and had no interest in going to ps5. The ps4 app store will probably not have much time left support wise. I love my old AppleTV and use it all the time and now started to explore games. I love the shows on AppleTV plus, I can now run retro games on it now, and was surprised how good 3d gaming is, plus Apples app store and ecosystem is support for a much longer time than consoles, and I have a big Apple movies collection. It makes sense for me to ditch console gaming and do everything on a new AppleTV it being one device that will do everything. So very excited to get the new AppleTV and just ditch everything else!
Nah. Too good to be true. A more powerful chip? What for? People don’t use their Apple tv as gaming consoles. Apple tv is already the fastest streaming box, with Amazon Fire or Roku nowhere near. Apple made it faster in 2022, but eliminated the oscilloscope from the remote which was great to play kinetic games. My guess is that, yes, Apple is going to make it cheaper, but downgrading it a bit.
Can you plug in USB devices into the apple box as that has my movies and shows,,, Then upscal it higher to 4k as i watch 1080bit , will the tv work this way
