  1. I recently had my Samsung plasma finally die after 17 years. I'm currently looking at a Samsung or TLC mini LED. I had been considering a OLED but after doing some extensive research they all are prone to screen burn in. They say don't watch a program that has a static logo or whatever displayed . As far as I can tell every program you watch has the program logo displayed. I enjoy watching CNN a lot probably 5-6 hours daily and can't justify paying the money for an OLED when there's that chance of burn in. I'd be nervous as hell and couldn't really enjoy watching an OLED and taking a chance and OLED's don't last that long speaking in terms of longevity.

  2. I agree with your Samsung comments. I would have preferred to buy a Samsung 98 inch mini-led TV over the Costco TCL 6-Pro for $1800, includes delivery, onsite setup, and a five year full warranty. How can you beat that?

  3. After my trusted Vizio suddenly died after 7 years, I went TV shopping. Long story short I ended up with a 2024 Samsung TV. If I had to do it over, I would not have chosen Samsung. While the picture is excellent +, The remotes are terrible. Too small, not intuitive in the least, VERY poorly made, no lighting features at all. But what's worse? Samsung forces you to register your TV on-line before you can set it up with any provider. They are aware of what you're watching, they make useless suggestions while you watch leading you to Samsung programing, you'll have the feeling that they are with you in your living room. I find this a bit invasive.
