I try to like direct TV, but the user interface and not being able to customize guide is so awful.
I had DirecTv Stream a few years back and I liked the UI and the quality.
As just DirecTv it still looks like a very good service.
It's just too expensive, and to add $10.00 more to rent the device really puts it out of consideration for me.
I do miss having box but don't miss the rental fees.
I’d like to get it but the website will not take my payment always says can’t be authorized called them and they don’t even know what the issue is 😡
Just switched my parents from YouTube TV to this. Saving them a bunch of money. This is pretty great considering it has an added bonus of Disney plus, Hulu, and HBO.
DIRECTV is more than I’m willing to pay for tv. If I got DIRECTV it would be for sports. The mysports ($70) mysports extra ($13) and my home teams ($20) genre packs cost $103 plus tax. The choice signature package is $108 plus taxes. I guess that shows you what DIRECTV thinks of its non sports content.
What a coincidence 😂 I just set up my gemini box yesterday. I love it but it stays in 4k resolution the whole time while watching Direct TV.
Can you extent a recording just in case if a sports program goes into overtime? If not, will I miss the end of a game?
Very informative, thank you! I don't know if it's my device (Firetv stick) or Directv itself, but I have noticed the sound synchronization was off on a movie I recorded about a month ago. 🤔
