Any company that removes power and volume from their remote no longer deserves to be a company. I had Roku for years but when I saw that scam I junked it and got a fire stick.

Mine never works. Not sure why. Remote said its 100% charged but then remote is black and not responding.
My Roku smremote does not have abutton on the side as he shows, nor does it have a usb port at the bottom. I switched to Roku to save money, it seems difficult to do some things. I still can't fibd my local channels with antenna. It scanned for everything but those.
Mine is most similar to the one on the far left but, it includes a power button and volume/mute controls. It was included with the Streaming Stick Plus 4K, 3830R. You should change the title of this vid, no help for many of us.
