I think the remote is working, its just the router box no longer being able to find the remote, because my remote is going into pairing mode but the tv box can not find it. But if i open bluetooth on my phone i can see the remote

So, I just wanted to add that if you have a mouse that has a back button you can enjoy it more.
For your TV remote to work on the Airtel smart TV box, you should enable HDMI CEC. I think. 🤔
