I’ve got a roku streaming stick plus but i can’t get Youtube tv on it plus my daughter & Wife have A roku tv each and i can’t add Youtube Tv on there’s either why is this We are in 🇬🇧
I wish they had a better remote, one that I can program to operate other devices like my receiver, TV, etc.
I’m a happy Roku ultra user and have them on all my TVs. Including on my Sony a95L that’s sits in my main room—i much prefer Roku than the google interface that comes with the tv.
I wouldn't buy a TV that wasn't Roku. The sticks & boxes are fine to rescue a non-Roku TV but it's better to just replace the TV if you can.
In the October/November time we received notices that we needed to delete some of our apps to free up memory. We only had 19 apps and now we are down to 11 apps, but we have not received anymore notices about memory issues.
I’ve got multiple Roku units – love the simplicity, interface and ease of setup. Recently got their Streambar and am impressed by how good it sounds. Even have a TLC TV with Roku built in. My wife is sick of dealing with multiple remotes and I’m over configuring various ports, receivers, devices, remotes and managing all the associated cables. One power cord + one HDMI cable = done. Another plus is Roku supports AppleHome, Apple AirPlay and Chrome Cast so you can mirror content from your phone / tablet / laptop. The only downside is the remote has 4 buttons on the bottom that are linked to certain services that you can’t change. I really wish you could reprogram those.
Question for Luke: If i just grunt into my Roku remote, will Roku still search for Tim Allen films/shows?
I have Roku tvs so this may help
It's missing many apps that Google tv and Amazon fire tv have. My only issue.
