  1. I wouldn't necessarily assume that you can't buy a TV with 3D capability. I did some research either last year or the year before and I was able to find front projector TVs with 3D capability. I'm guessing that front projectors are mainly used as second or third TVs set up in the basement, but if you are interested in 3D and have Blu-ray 3D movies, that might be something to consider. They might be even still be producing 3D movies for markets outside of the U.S.

  2. I have a new 2023 83 inch Sony A80L Oled. It comes with decent audio. Why don't TVs allow me to just add a wireless subwoofer, like Sony's SW5, directly to the TV? Everything I read says I have to have a whole system/soundbar with the sub. Then I cant use the decent Sony TV speakers. Seems like Sony and other TV manufacturers should allow us to just add a sub to the TV. Am I alone in this?
