Thanks for the video hands down going with google not a fan of Roku for me it's lack luster and i don't like the layout probably because i am used to fire tv but now i am turning my back on amazon pushing to a different ecosystem on my new tv purchase this helped me a lot honestly want a shield but the cheap ass in me says just save money and buy a tv with a premium front end and Google TV looks right up my ally
Just got a cheap 2023 model year Google TV. I will just plug my Roku into it while it lasts.
I just don’t understand how Roku thinks rectangles on a purple background counts as a UI.
I have a Roku and I like it. I'm not a fan of the volume buttons on the side of the remote.

I’m intrigued by the game pass on google tv. Does Roku have anything like that?
My Roku TVs are old enough not to have BT. I got Chromecast units for some of them and really like them.
I wish this were a more direct comparison of integrated google tv vs integrated roku tv, not integrated google tv vs external roku 4k.
