Lightning server has shown up on my backglisten apps and process list first, and I couldn't get rid of it. The next time I turned my tv and firestick on, I believe it corrupted background apps and process list. It is just a black screen. I'm not sure if I should uninstall it and reinstall.

Lightning server might be using your internet to supply wifi for their street wifi service. Find someone outside using wifi and see where their signal is coming fromm
